Greenside Golf is golf outing and league management software for golf courses and event organizers. It handles online player registration, card payments, rosters and team building, day-of check-in on a tablet, and live scoring with a TV leaderboard.
The course or organizer creates the outing in Greenside and shares one public registration link. Players register solo, pay for a whole group, or join a team with a shareable team code — payment is collected by card at signup, and every player lands on the roster automatically.
Set the event up in Greenside (date, format, pricing), share the registration link, and let players pay online. On event day, check players in on a tablet at the bag drop, post hole assignments, and run live scoring with a leaderboard on the clubhouse TV. Money is reconciled in one ledger when the day ends.
Courses pay $399 per outing, or an Unlimited plan at $329.99/month ($2,999.99/year) for unlimited outings — never a per-player charge to the course. Players pay the entry fee set by the organizer plus a small Greenside service fee at registration. Organizers run free when the host course is a Greenside subscriber; otherwise a one-time or yearly organizer plan applies.
